Rhodesville Freewill Baptist Church (“RFBC,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of people who visit rhodesvillefbc.com, submit prayer requests, register for the 21 Days of Prayer journey, request pastoral follow-up, or choose to receive text messages.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, prayer request or praise report, follow-up preference, and text-message consent. We may also collect limited technical information needed to secure the website, prevent abuse, and operate its features.

How we use information

We use information to provide the prayer journey, deliver requested text messages, respond to prayer requests, provide pastoral follow-up, moderate approved public prayer-wall content, protect the website, and maintain church records related to these services.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are private by default. A request appears on the public prayer wall only when the submitter chooses a public option and an RFBC moderator approves it. Contact information is never displayed on the public prayer wall.

Mobile information

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers only as necessary to operate the requested service, or when required by law.

Data choices

You may decline optional fields and optional text messages. Reply STOP to any RFBC text message to unsubscribe. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the address below.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for ministry, operational, security, or legal purposes.
